Dan Petry - OWNER
Dan has over 30 years of experience in building custom homes, multifamily developments, and commercial spaces. His approach focuses on helping clients clearly understand how their dream home evolves from concept to completion.
Throughout his career, Dan noticed a recurring issue: clients would design their dream homes with an architect, only to find that the final plans didn’t align with their budget. Realizing the need for a more integrated approach, Dan invited his daughter, Alexis, to join the team. Together, they transformed the company into a full-service Design-Build Firm, ensuring seamless alignment between design and budget from the very start.
