How much does it cost per square foot to build a home?
This is one of our most common questions—and the answer depends on several variables. Square footage pricing can be influenced by garage and porch sizes, basement square footage, site conditions, landscaping needs, and the quality of your finishes, fixtures, and appliances. During the design phase, we explore all of these factors with you to estimate realistic project costs.

How many projects do you complete each year?
We take on approximately 4–6 custom homes and 8–10 large remodeling projects annually. This allows us to dedicate the time, attention, and care each client deserves. The exact number depends on the scope and complexity of the projects in progress.
